Dear Parents, Guardians, and Grade 11 Students,

The window to request ACT accommodations for the April 7, 2026 Spring ACT School Day administration is now open. If your student currently receives instructional or testing supports through any of the following, they may be eligible for ACT-approved accommodations:
- Individual Education Plan (IEP)
- 504 Plan

Please note that accommodations provided on statewide assessments DO NOT automatically transfer to the standard-time ACT. ACT requires a separate approval process for all accommodations.

Request Window
The deadline to submit accommodation requests is: February 18, 2026

How to Request Accommoda
tions
If you would like your student to be considered for ACT accommodations:
1. Complete the required attached ACT accommodations request form.
2. Email the completed form to: jannita.jones@ocps.net or print a copy and submit the signed form to Ms. Jones in Student Services

We strongly encourage families to submit documents as early as possible to ensure timely review and approval by ACT. If you have any questions or need support with the process, feel free to reach out. We are here to help ensure every student has the tools they need to perform their best on test day.

Thank you for your attention to this important opportunity.
